The yearly Black Friday sales on Udemy started today. Now all prices are as low as they’ll ever be, so grab the chance and stock up on courses for the winter. When you do, it would be absolutely great for us if you’d use our referral codes, which are baked into the links to our courses below. You’d make us so happy if you did.
All Udemy courses come with a no-questions-asked 30-day money-back guarantee, so no need to hesitate.
- Precalculus 1: Basic Notions
- Precalculus 2: Polynomials and rational functions
- Precalculus 3: Trigonometry (our latest course)
- Linear Algebra and Geometry 1

Dear Professor Hania
Could you please consider adding
– QR Factorisation and Householder Transformation
In the gramschmidt chapter of the linear algebra part 3 course
Preparing content for this topic won’t consume much time as the theory of the gramschmidt had been already explained in detail in this chapter so I guess 3 or 4 additional videos would be more than enough to cover that topic
Thanks in advance 🖤
Dear Ahmed,
Thank you for this suggestion.
I have already got several requests for expansion of Linear Algebra and Geometry, far to many to press them in this already so large series. I will probably make a fourth course, containing all these suggested topics, including yours.
But first I must complete our Master Plan. There is so much one could so, that without sticking to a clear plan, one (me…) would just get overwhelmed and stressed out, and nothing would become right. Creating courses is a very intensive process, requiring a lot of focus and time. The only way (for me) to get this right is to concentrate on my current topic, without any distractions.
I hope that you understand it.
Kind regards,
Hania
Dear Professor Hania
Take Your time I will patiently wait until you finish your master plan
I just want to know something
Regarding the advanced topics in linear algebra that the other students requested
To which type of linear algebra courses do these advanced topics in linear algebra belong ?
Because the topics I requested belong to a linear algebra course called numerical linear algebra
Which I hope you consider covering its topics in detail in other parts (4 ,5) of linear algebra in the future after you finish your master plan
This course (numerical linear algebra) is taught in the final year for CS and Mathematics students
Thanks in advance 🖤
Dear Ahmed,
You can have a look at the discussion started by user “my kun” under the post “New course: Precalculus 1, Basic notions”. The student mentions among other tensors and multilinearity.
Kind regards,
Hania
Calculus 2 ever ?
Yes.
… ok, joke aside… we’re recording Calculus 1 right now, part 1 of 2. Then Calculus 1 part 2. After that Calculus 2 in two parts. So think spring next year for all of that to be done.
Dear Professor Hania
I just checked the discussion
What I understood that you plan
To
– do advanced linear algebra series
– cover advanced (graduate) level mathematics courses
But you won’t start working on any of these until finish your master plan which contains the most common under grad courses
I have a request if you please
I hope you take this into consideration when creating this advanced series in linear algebra
in most universities when
“advanced linear algebra” course is taught the topics which the lecturers teach in this course are taken from the
numerical linear algebra textbooks Similar to that course from texas university in the US
It is called advanced linear algebra
from foundation to frontiers
https://youtube.com/@advancedlaff6453
The problem with that course that unlike your courses it is very short and compact
So I am willing to support you and buy your version of the course since day one but please take into consideration covering numerical linear algebra topics in this advanced linear algebra series
Thanks in advance
Professor Hania
Are you still there ?
Dear Professor Hania
What is your respond regarding my request I mentioned in the message above ?
Thanks in advance
Dear Ahmed,
Yes, I’m still here 🙂 — I have just seen your three messages.
Thank you for the link: the lectures look great!
So, this is my response:
The only HARD plan I have right now is the Master Plan (which is presented on the main page of ThePowerOfTwo) with the main courses in mathematics on undergraduate level.
Later, when I am done with this (2025? The Plan contains a lot of courses!) I will think about “What’s next?”.
One possibility is, indeed, an advanced linear algebra course. It is not a clear plan, though, as I get other suggestions and requests.
I will also have to see how we look financially then: Udemy isn’t generating any decent income yet, and both adults from our family (my husband and myself) gave up our paid jobs in order to create the courses. If we after 2–3 years still have to invest financially like we do now, we will have to go back to our day jobs to earn money. This is why I cannot give any guarantees for what I will do in three years. We are quite determined, though, to complete our Master Plan. That’s all I can say now.
You can help us succeed by spreading the word about our courses, and by telling people to buy them via our coupons (TPOT_DEC22 in December 2022, TPOT_JAN23 in January 2023, and so on), because we then get a very decent share (97%) of what the students pay. If they buy directly from Udemy, we just get 37% of what the students pay, and everybody pays sales prices anyway (which is fine, but it would be even better if they used our coupons).
Kind regards,
Hania
Hello Hania, I’m so sorry to read that Udemy doesn’t help to much talking about the payments of the courses, I really really admire you since I found your courses because I’m now studying maths at college and the education I had before was not clearly enough, when I found you I became very happy and feel fortunately because your contents are excelent and admirable. I beg you not to leave the plataform and not to leave your Master Plan, I believe that there are a lot of people out there that also loves your courses, that also admires you, I will do what I can to recomend and to help you sharing the cupon codes.
– Mariana
Hello Mariana,
Thank you for your kind words! I am *not* leaving the platform, no way! We have decided to complete the Master Plan, and we firmly believe that we will succeed.
But, of course, the more people buy our courses with help of our coupon codes or referral links, the better for us! So, please, spread the word.
Kind regards,
Hania
I wanted to know do you have a plan to teach statistics and probability in the future.
This is not in our current plan, but once we’ve finished that list, we’ll consider other topics, like statistics. So not for the next two years, at least.
